Echomaster FC-CH41-SC Integration
The OEM integration experts at PAC teamed with the safety specialists at Echomaster to produce a safety system that integrates into your vehicle seamlessly. The FC-CH41-SC includes a pair of PCAM-BS1-NSET blind-spot cameras that we can mount on the bottom of your side-view mirrors. The PAC BCI-CH41v2 interface module allows the image from the cameras to be displayed on the 5- and 8.4-inch factory-installed screen in your dash with no modifications to the vehicle.
Blind-Spot Camera System Functionality
When you activate your turn signal, the associated camera image appears on the screen in your dash. You can see cyclists, vehicles or obstructions that may not have been visible in your side or rearview mirrors.
Front- or Rear-Vision Camera
As a bonus, the kit includes a PCAM-201-N lip-mount camera that we can install on the front or back of your vehicle. When mounted to the front of your vehicle, the camera image will be displayed as soon as you put your vehicle in drive. Once you reach seven mph, the camera image turns off automatically.
If you don’t have a factory-installed backup camera, the PCAM-201-N is a great solution. The PAC interface module will automatically display the camera image any time the transmission is in reverse.
