A local car dealer referred the owner of this 2015 Ram 1500 to California Car Sounds and Tint for a backup camera and parking sensors. We met with the owner to discuss his options before we started work. He asked if we could also upgrade the non-display radio to something better.
We started with the installation of an Advent AC600 backup camera and a set of Rostra Back Zone parking senors. Combined, he’d have all the protection possible when maneuvering his vehicle. We ran the video feed from the camera to a new Alpine INE-W960HDMI multimedia receiver. The new receiver adds navigation and includes Bluetooth hands-free and audio streaming, as well as a USB port for MP3 and WMA file playback. The radio fits nicely into the dash of the Ram.
